Our Delivery Options

We are currently seeing longer delivery time for home delivery of our products. Whilst we will continue to deliver all of our available range, we are experiencing longer lead times for delivery from our range and from our suppliers

  • Next day delivery - from FREE - We are currently experiencing particularly longer delivery time and are unlikely to have availability for Next Day delivery on most lines and locations.

Next day delivery.

£7.95 or FREE over £75.

Order by 3pm to receive your items the next day.

We deliver Monday – Saturday, between 7am and 7pm.

Orders delivered on a Saturday incur an additional £5 charge.

  • Small parcel delivery - £2.95

Order by 5pm to receive your items the next day.

If your parcel measures no more than 35 x 25 x 25 cm and weighs no more than 3kg you will qualify. This option will be offered at the checkout if eligible.

We deliver Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm.

  • Big & Bulky delivery - from £30.00

We offer a 6 day per week delivery service .

Order by 11am and we’ll aim to deliver your items on a day of your choice. (Subject to calendar availability).

We deliver Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm. You’ll be able to choose your delivery day at the checkout, subject to calendar availability and item availability.

Big & Bulky orders delivered Monday – Friday: £30. Big & Bulky orders delivered on a Saturday: £35

  • Supplier delivery - from FREE

Supplier delivered products can be delivered to mainland UK addresses with some exceptions (such as remote locations) depending on the supplier.

All quoted delivery dates and times are estimates and although we will try our best to meet them, we will not be responsible if we are unable to do so. We will let you know if we cannot deliver your products within 30 days of when we receive your payment and will give you the option to either wait for the products or cancel your order and receive a full refund.

We strongly recommend that you do not book fitters or installation Engineer until your order has been delivered and checked by you. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or charges which you incur due to non-delivery of an order, or orders that have not been checked on delivery.
